Live dashboard with sample data and anonymized names. It was designed for a desktop screen, so on a phone it is easier to read in full screen.

  • 2 dashboards on one marketing data source
  • Funnel from emails sent down to clicks
  • Per list contacts, unsubscribes, and leads generated
The dashboards above keep their real layout and show sample data. Campaign and mailing-list names are replaced with sample names.

Two questions

Email reporting comes down to two questions: how are the campaigns doing, and which mailing lists are worth sending to? Each dashboard answers one of them. Use the tabs above to switch between the two.

Email Campaigns Overview

This month against last. Emails sent this month next to last month’s figure, with leads, opens, clicks, and click rate beside it.

Monthly trend. One chart of emails sent, opens, clicks, and bounces by month.

Funnel. Emails sent, then the ones that didn’t bounce, then opens, then clicks, with the percentage that survives each step.

Campaign table. Every campaign on one row: revenue, cost, emails sent, opens, open rate, clicks, and click rate. The table scrolls inside its tile.

Lists Performance Dashboard

Totals. Contacts, campaigns sent, and unsubscribes across all lists, plus the list that generated the most leads.

By list. One chart compares campaigns sent, contacts, and unsubscribes for each mailing list. A second shows the leads each list generated from email and SMS campaigns.

List table. The same numbers for every list on one row, so a strong or weak list can be looked up by name.

Why split it in two

A campaign and a mailing list are different things to judge. A campaign is judged on what happened after one send. A list is judged on what it keeps producing across many sends, and on how many people leave it. Keeping them on separate dashboards keeps each page focused on one decision.
