Website Analytics Dashboards: One Template, Three Sites

One report layout applied to three websites, each fed by its own Google Analytics 4 property, so traffic, search, and content numbers read the same way for every site.

Live dashboard with sample data and anonymized names. It was designed for a desktop screen, so on a phone it is easier to read in full screen.

  • 3 websites on one report template
  • 1 Google Analytics 4 property behind each site
  • Top 10 landing pages and countries for every site
The dashboards above keep their real layout and show sample data. Website names, logos, and page paths are replaced with sample ones.

One layout, applied three times

Each of the three websites has its own Google Analytics 4 property. I built one report layout in Zoho Analytics and applied it to all three, so every site has a tab that reads the same way. Use the tabs above to switch between them.

What each page shows

Headline tiles. Users, sessions, and pageviews next to the search numbers: SEO clicks, impressions, average position, and CTR. Each tile shows how the number moved from the previous period.

Traffic sources. A table of hits, sessions, and users by channel, each with its share of the total, so it’s clear how much traffic is direct, search, email, or referral.

Top 10 lists. The ten landing pages with the most pageviews, and the ten countries with the most users.

Trends. Users by month for the long view, and a daily pageviews trend for the current month.

Why one template

A number sits in the same place on every tab, so nobody has to relearn the page when they switch sites, and the sites can be compared without lining up three different reports.

It also scales. The third site reuses the layout of the first two, driven by its own property.
